He serves as Director of Spine Service at the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, St George Hospital Campus, where he leads a world-class research program focused on the biology of the spine in ageing and repair, translating scientific discovery into first-in-human clinical trials through strategic partnerships with industry and investors.
Dr Diwan is also the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of multiple spine-focused research and commercial organizations, providing strategic leadership across medical devices, biotechnology, and translational healthcare ventures.
