Kenneth Guito serves as Chief of Operation at Cartago Biotech where he oversees operational execution, business strategy, and organizational development as the company advances its therapeutic programs. Ken brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across biologics, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles spanning research and development, operations, and corporate development, contributing to the successful advancement and commercialization of multiple life-saving products.

Ken also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Biologics Consulting, a full-service regulatory and product development firm supporting life sciences companies from early development through global commercialization. Earlier in his career, he held prominent leadership roles at Sanofi Pasteur, including Senior Director of Corporate Development, where he played a key role in advancing vaccines and therapeutics through development, regulatory approval, and global launch.

Ken is recognized for his strong operational leadership, deep regulatory understanding, and proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in complex, highly regulated life sciences environments.
